Once upon a time?
It is not always a fairy tale. Somewhere between the 2nd and the 21st
degree of north latitude there is a kingdom on Malay Peninsula, just about in the centre of South-East Asia. It is the THAI KINGDOM.
It is situated on the area of approx. 514 000 km2. It is surrounded
by the Andaman Sea on the west, the South China Sea on the east and countries Burma, Laos, Cambodia and Malaysia on the very south looking like an
elephant head which is very symbolizing for the Thai people. You can read about
the beauties of this country in all guide-books but nothing compares to your
own touch with the reality which everybody brings home from this country.
Bright green cone hills, turquoise sea with contrast white beaches, expanding nature,
beautiful rain forests, haze over rice fields, Buddhists? orange tunics and bare feet.
But you rarely find a text mentioning that the real Thai beauty consists in
people. They are mainly people who make Thailand such a magic place where everybody
wants to come back. Even experts dispute if Thai people?s peace is given by their attitude towards Buddhism, their characters or
the fact that Thailand has never been colonized and,
therefore, it has never been under the thumb of a different government. At any
rate, it is important that we can walk there day and night and feel safe.
It is also worth mentioning how easy travelling all over the country is. Local
services are so well-organized that even visitors and travellers who do not
speak English can orientate themselves immediately and travel from one place to
another as they like. They just need to know the name of their destination and
then choose the way of travelling. No matter how far it is. You will personally
experience how the local people appreciate every tourist. Perhaps it is natural
Thai humility and respect to others that they do their best to help the
tourists whenever they can. I have often had a feeling that they read my eyes.
Hotel services are also of a very high quality and affordable for every wallet.
All the above-mentioned facts make this oriental kingdom attractive and definitely
the most favourite tropical destination for people from all over the world. It
is simply a dream!
Yes, living in Thailand is a dream. But it is a dream which
you can turn to reality. We will show you that you need not be a millionaire to
be able to afford having your second home in Thailand.
